A quiet little secluded park in a tranquil estate.There is a playground for little cachers There are.sheltered tables and benches, water tank ( non drinking) and a BBQ. All this amid beautiful tall tees and an abundance of bird life especially early morning and early evening. Muggle houses around but we only saw one one muggle in four visits, although it was during the week.
Charlotte Moorhead, after whom this park is named, was a courageous young Bundaberg frog- lover who died of leukemia at the age of seven and a highlight to her memory was the launch of Frog Kits that were distributed among other subjects over the last 10 years, 3.5 million km by road,rail and sea, to reach students in far -flung classrooms around Australia.
