Yes, you can park in front of the cache site on the bridge. The No Parking signs are for vehicles over 8' high.
The A-Team has hidden over 300 caches for which a lot of them were placed for the F.R.O.G.S. events. This short series of caches is hidden in the same style as the A-Team's. So take a break Bill and enjoy a few easy ones for yourself, I'm sure you'll find them to your liking.
