With only about 155 days left till Western Canada's baddest MEGA event in Three Hills, AB, the organizing committee is going to spend some time meeting in Red Deer to make sure that we're on track for an amazing event.
Since we're all together anyway,
and since we never did get around to having a Christmas party,
and since we want to share with you, all the exciting plans we have for the MEGA (see www.bestofthebad.ca),
and since we want to encourage you to log a 'will attend' on the GC2GA1J cache page,
and since we just like getting together with other geocachers,
we thought it be good to wrap the day up with an event cache!
And so, you are welcome to join us at the Pioneers Lodge (see coords) from 4 till 7 pm.
The meal will be a potluck. Please indicate in your 'will attend' log what you will bring. Also, please check this listing for any updates.
Sorry, but no alcohol, smoking or candles are allowed in this building.
Feel free to bring your TB's and coins for trading, etc. We'll do our best to bring a few door prizes along as well.
