Geocache Description:

If you have the other caches of Ochee Yahola you know it can be a scary place. I could not resist this little gem in the woods. Hunting Area so you need blaze orange in the season There are many trails through the woods look at the trail map for the best results.

The park is mostly woods. The timber is being managed for both wildlife and timber production. There is a large glacial hill and a prairie pothole in the center of the park. We have restored 23 acres of prairie but the diversity of plants is low. This was done back when prairie restoration was in its infancy. The park is open for archery hunting. When we close the park in November, it is then open to gun hunting. Many trails to hike Important: do not attempt this at night. too many thorns if you get lost. follow trail from parking area you will need to attack this one from the north Photobucket
