As I am slowly being turned to the dark side of caching (Puzzles). I thought I'd put one out my self for my 50th placement.
While I was serving in the US Navy's Submarine Service, I was assigned to four nuclear powered submarines. The USS George Washington Carver, the USS Annapolis, the USS Augusta and the USS Casimir Pulaski.
Two of these boats have been decommissioned. One is still in active service and one is scheduled for decommissioning, One of these is unique from all others.
The places that I went, the missions completed, truly did make the time I served an adventure and not just a job. (I could tell you more, but then I'd have to kill you. LOL)
The Puzzle is simple, Add the sum of the SSBN hull numbers to the given North coords and the sum of the SSN hull numbers to the given West coords. Let me know via Email if you find out what was the unique differance of one of these boats.
Findable in Winter depending on snow depth.
Take care, be safe and above all . . . Have fun !!!
