PLEASE BEWARE OF BARBED WITE NEAR GZ. Apologies for this, but I could not anywhere else remotely suitable for a micro here, and one was needed to keep you on the right track.
Newdigate to Capel #1 to #10 will take you on a walk from one village to the other and Capel to Newdigate #1 to #10 will take you back again, but on a different route, so you can start in either village. The complete circular walk is approximately 6 miles. Both villages have Church Micros and Pubs for your enjoyment. There are several places for street parking in both villages. It was quite muddy in parts when I hid the caches (February) so if you don't like mud I would suggest doing it in the summer.
