Geocache Description:

A nice place to start a stroll alongside the river Ouzel. There is a lot of parking close by. Please be careful crossing the road!

The river Ouzel (also know locally as the Lovatt) rises, as a chalk stream, from a spring near the Dunstable downs. The Ouzel flows northwards. Near Leighton Buzzard the river cuts through the Greensand Ridge and then meanders its way through its valley northwards to join the river Great Ouse at Newport Pagnell.

Nearby is the old village of Simpson.

The cache is a magnetic nano. There aren't that many places to put one, so it should be simple.

Please be aware. There is a fast road nearby with traffic moving at the national speed limit close to the cache site. Please take extra care if caching with little ones and pets.

As it's very small there is only room for the log book so you will have to bring your own pen / pencil / crayon.
