Thot: I can't see it for all the construction so I'm going to assume no one can get to it. I thought it was a great location for a cache, but it got little action anyway.
The area looks like it will be muddy if wet. I placed this during one of Houston's longest dry spells. On dry days there's parking less than 200 feet away -- or 10 feet if you have a 4WD. On wet days there's paved parking less than 500 feet.
