Geocache Description:

Only available from 9 am to 10 pm. It is located at 362 Beech Avenue in Duncan. It is on private property in a residential area. Owner has given permission and will keep a watchful eye on it. AwesSumO's house has been up for sale since May.

AweSumO is three years old.. He found a geocache and liked it so much that his Mom said we could hide a cache in their front yard. It's about 10 feet off the street near a maroon coloured bush. 2 m accuracy.
Warning
Today there was a large garter snake nestled in beside the cache. They don't bite but could produce a heart stopping moment for those who don't like snakes...
