Morais é uma freguesia do concelho de Macedo de Cavaleiros, distrito de Bragança, com uma área total de 50.8 km2. localizada na margem direita do rio Sabor e a 18 km da sede do concelho, é composta pelos locais de Morais, Sobreda e Paradinha de Besteiros. Fazem fronteira com Morais as freguesias de Vinhais, Bagueixe, Talhas, Talhinhas, Lagoa, Lombo, Chacim, Olmos e Salselas.
