Geocache Description:

These beech trees over 400 years old took very special forms . A recent study claims that this would come from plessage (sort of weaving branches of beech trees to make a natural fence). The elders say it comes from that one does not cut a tree by his foot, it allow regrowth (faster). We had well over wood for the kiln and to make charcoal.
