How Geocaching Works
Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer
A little pre-Weenie Roast fun. It's the traditional poker run, with a halloween feel. The "Pumpkin Run" should take less than an hour to complete.
Since so many people cleaned out the town's caches last year, we thought we would give the early birds something to do.
The container, a rubbermaid box, will be available after 8:30am.
At the listed coords you will find a container. Inside the container you will find some score cards. There will be coords for six spots you must visit, find a pumpkin, and get some info. Once you have all the info, you will be able to come to the WEENIE ROAST (GC2BBK9) and roll the dice. Dice can be rolled from 10:30 - 11:30. At 11:30am the Pumpkin run ends, and the 2 highest scores will win a prize.
1st place wins a Pumpkin geocoin, and a FTF certificate. Thanks goes to out to DLR1451 for the donation of the coin.
2nd place wins a ready to place cache.
It is not required that you visit all 6 locations, however you will have to play with a limited number of rolls. If you only visit 3 spots, you will only roll 3 times.
More info, and rules will be on the score cards.
Have fun and enjoy your trip around our town!!
