Coordinates point to a suburb of Tallinn, provide a nice place for walking / jogging, and are most importantly meant to provide a good "first adventure" in finding a cache. And a chance to check if you use correct coordinate system / map datum on your GPS. So really, nothing difficult. Just a nice walk.
This cache was set up during recording of Tehnokratt TV programme which talks about Geocaching (originally aired on 19.02.2001 on ETV).
The name Milton cafe is derived from writings on the can (a tin cafe-jar) we used to hide our treasure (you can find some pens/keyrings from Kuku Radio, where Tehnokratt runs a radio programme, and also some pens from HOT.EE, which among other things hosts www.hot.ee/geopeitus -- Estonian site for geocaching).
Cache is underground... well, actually in a small hole, covered with pine bark (there is a small heap -- perhaps a stub covered with moss -- just next to it).
