Geocache Description:

I am doing this ocasional series of simple one stage multi-caches, as I would like to share with you some of the interesting memorials that I have come across, while out walking the Flatcoats in my local area.

Please feel free to add to this series if you wish.

PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE ALONG ANY PRIVATE ROADS TO REACH ANY OF MY CACHES.

PAUL AND BERTIE – My husband helped to erect this bench in memory of Paul Harding, who was a friend of ours, and also a larger than life village character, who was the life and soul of every gathering. He was often to be seen out walking with Bertie, his black labrador. He was also the father of the famous football loving businessman Matthew Harding.

Paul died on A October BCDE
