How Geocaching Works
Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer
This cache was planted by two (relatively) new geocachers - both teachers - in honor of their fledgling hobby. The park this cache is located in is a favorite of runners, joggers, and bikers, and on the weekends gets quite a crowd of soccer players and some fishers, as well. So do be careful to avoid being spotted!
The cache is in a square, clear Tupperware container with airtight locks. It'll be a bit of a trek along the 5K course to find this treasure, but the lovely walk through the woods will be made up for in the finding! Wear sturdy shoes, and be sure to travel in pairs for safety's sake. When you reach the spot, you will have to venture a short ways off the trail, but you won't need any tools for bush-whacking.
While you're out, walk the trails and feed the ducks!
UPDATE: Since the original cache was muggled, it has been replaced by a sturdier (Tupperware) container that is just two feet away from the original in a slightly more concealed location but still findable using the coordinates.
