Centenary Challenge 3000
The Traditional Cacher
This 2.5 litre clip lock box is part of a series of challenge caches set to celebrate our 100th hide.
There is no start or end date, just check your User Profile and if you've found at least 3000 traditional caches you can go find this cache, which is at the listed co-ordinates. We would like it if you mentioned in your log your current number of traditional finds as it will make interesting reading in the future.
We will be checking on you and WILL delete logs from cachers who do not appear to qualify.
Webb's Wood is part of the Braydon Royal Forest, an area of ancient woodland west of Royal Wootton Bassett, about 4 miles from M4 J16.
The suggested parking is at the official visitor car park just north of the Callow Hill crossroads on the Royal Wootton Bassett to Malmesbury road. The entrance to the car park is rather tricky to find - it's down a bridleway track at N 51° 34.247 W 001° 56.880.
Our thanks to the Forestry Commission for allowing us to set these caches within Webb's Wood, but please remember that this is working woodland, so please keep to the tracks and be aware of any Forestry Commission work going on.
