How Geocaching Works
Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer
Finding the cache requires about a 1.6 mile (one way) walk on a well maintained trail.
Cache is rather small so don't bring anything large to leave in it. It is an orange Gatorade container. Contents include Snoopy, a small bell, bag for sunglasses, matches, watch, picture frame, wheresgeorge dollar, gold dollar, sewing kit, Dino, address book, wood nickel and a key ring! Yep, it is all in there. The secret to packing it all back in is to put the ziploc bag in first and then fill it a piece at a time. Enjoy the walk in. If you are a fisherman for native trout this might be a good place to bring a rod, no bait allowed though, only lures.
Hmmmmm...... what should I tell you..... Will leave some details in the code in case you can not find it or have problems. Park at the end of CC Camp Lane and begin your search. Your gps may give you some fits as you are in a gorge. Good luck, have fun. If it is warm weather when you go to search, use a stick to probe around rocks, logs, whereever you might look rather than your bare hand. There could always be some critter down there. This is just good common sense for any cache you might look for.
Have fun and again enjoy the scenery.
