Terrain underfoot can be extremely wet and slippery in or just after wet conditions.
Would recommend elderly geocacher having a ferret - young person to help with this one.
Take time to look for the hidden path to find this one, but be careful of footing, as several geocaches have 'enjoyed' slides in area.
