Geocache Description:

Site of the Park Row tragedy.

Formerly known as "Park Row", when it was an upscale neighborhood in Gotham City, it came to be called "Crime Alley" after Thomas Wayne and his wife, Martha, were robbed and gunned down after a night out at the theater with their young son.

Every year on the night of the anniversary of his parents' death, Batman (Bruce Wayne) leaves two roses on the very spot where they died.

This unnamed alley that run adjacent to the Cross-Bronx Expressway, connects Southern Blvd to Daly Ave. Something about the way the lampposts light the dark alley, while people seem so comfortable walking to and fro, down this empty tract of sidewalk, reminds me of the type of street like Crime Alley.

NOTE: Cache is a red NANO. (like the roses)
