How Geocaching Works
Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer
The cache is NOT at the coordinates listed above. You will need to solve the cipher below to get the coordinates for this cache. The cache is located somewhere in Croton Point Park.
Header coords have nothing to do with the cache or the puzzle – just having fun with Google Satellite view. The cache title also will not help you solve the cipher. It's just a cite to a quotation from one of Aristophanes' comedies. No knowledge of Aristophanes, his works or Greek is needed to solve this puzzle. All you need to do is solve this cipher:
Once you have the solve, it's a nice stroll from the nearest available parking to the cache. People are slobs though so please try to beautify this park by doing a little CITO (pronounced ci-teaux) on the way. You do not need special equipment for this cache - it opens from the bottom. That said, please be careful with the cache container and rehide it so it is completely hidden under bark and/or woods detritus.
Note: during the peak times when the booth at the park's entrance is manned, it may cost $8 to park ($4 with a Westchester Park pass). Dogs are allowed but must be leashed.
You can check your answer for this puzzle on Geochecker.com.
I may drop a hint to help solve the puzzle at some point in the future. Of course, seekers should not hesitate to contact the CO for hints, nudges, or shoves.

- KnightsQuickly, bring me a beaker of wine, so that I may wet my mind and say something clever.
