The listed coordinates are in the middle of the Glenn Cunningham reservoir; don't look there (although a few years ago you could have)! Solve the puzzle to find the real coordinates. (Latest field test has cache within 20 ft or so of final coords.)

This puzzle may be solved solely using web tools, but could also artfully be done by assembling the reference materials, printing out the supplied map and making your flight plans.
