Geocache Description:

There has been an incident. A truck carrying a very important package has gone off the road and into the undeveloped City of Waukesha Pebble Creek Park. Your mission is to tow the truck out and retrieve the top secret cargo. Of course since this incident needs to remain classified - return the truck to a well hidden hiding state so that non security clearanced muggles cannot obtain knowledge of these events.
