This cache is a small container; log sheet only.

This cache is by Monona Bay, with a nice view of the Capitol. It is also near my home, so I may be watching you look for it. This is a popular area for joggers and fishermen, so some stealth may be necessary. 07/11/14 Update: IT's NOT in the rocks!
