Geocache Description:

Caches 13-34 are the first extension to the Alconbury Amble.

This section still starts you off near the Recreation Field (which has a car park) and will take you on a leisurely stroll around the countryside north-west of the village before returning you to the vicinity of the Recreation Field.

This route is not particularly wheelchair friendly but that is mostly due to a couple of kissing gates rather than terrain.

You are now near the first ford of the Alconburys.

The container is a small micro with only the log in it.

Not at all wheelchair or stroller friendly.

Please do not destroy local vegetation in your frustration :P

This is near the river, please keep mini-cachers under close supervision.

Please be careful when returning to ensure it is secure and replace in exactly the same location you found it.

Enjoy the search and Congrats to micktooting for the only find in the original location :)

(For those of you curious; the original location was in the top of the tree stump covered in ivy - alas no more. Not buried or hidden, just stuck in the top of the stump. Every time I went to check on it after a DNF I could clearly see it.)
