Cache # 35.
The Murray to Mountains Rail Trail is a wonderful cycling trail between Wangaratta and Bright, with a side track running from Everton Station to Beechworth. The trail is suitable for road bikes.
These are essentially caches placed for cyclists using the trail but there is easy parking for cars at each GZ.
This cache is placed on the Burgoigee Creek which I enjoy for both its strange name and the bubbling water flowing gently along under the main road. I suspect passing road traffic would be completely unaware of its existence. I have created this series so that cyclists can take a break along the way and enjoy the hunt.
This is a small sistema container and at time of placing contained a log book and a couple of old Kenyan coins. Please bring your own PEN.
