This cache is a short hike from Dorothy Peacaut Nature Center. Cache is placed with permission of the Nature Center Director. Nature Center hours are 9-5 Tuesday through Saturday and 1-5 on Sunday. Other times gate is closed off Highway 12. Please note that if you park in the lot near the nature center you will need to remove your car before the gates close at 5 pm. You may park along Hwy 12 if the nature center gates are closed. If the Nature Center is open, please take the time to visit and sign the guest book.
This cache is placed by the Junior League of Sioux City and was part of a geocaching project to promote healthy living.
