Geocache Description:

10/6/2018 - The hollow tree was hit by lightning...and the ammo can has vanished! Replaced with a different regular size container a short distance away. This hide IS NOT in the dog park proper. Spock and Winda want to show you a much larger (on-leash) part of the Cherokee Marsh/Yahara Heights County Park. This park is an unknown Dane County treasure, and you'll find a picnic table, peace and tranquility at ground zero.

Park at the dog exercise area and stroll along the outside of the dog park fence towards this hide. Follow your nose (Spock has a big one, Winda had a short one) on a 1/3 mile walk to the cache! This park is great for swimmer dogs. Hootie Hoo from Spock and Winda! The Dane County Geocaching Permit is obtained.
