Our second historic one-room schoolhouse cache, placed just down the road from us. This cache is placed with permission from the township supervisor.
The Red Bank School was operational from the 1920s through the 1940s, and closed in the 1950s. A few locals still remember attending school here. Every fall the 4th graders take a field trip to the school, where they learn the kinds of lessons that were taught. The school is occasionally opened for meetings and services for the public.
