Fudgy Fest 2012 - Briarwood Mystery Mystery Cache

You are looking for a small camo tube hidden for Fudgy Fest 2012.

The Fudgy Fest series celebrates my favourite cacher: el_fudgeeo!

El_fudgeeo started this as a way to give back to the caching community for all the caches that have been hidden in and around Saskatoon. So thanks - even for the ones I can't find. These caches get published on one special day of the year - can you guess what makes it special?

You just need to sort out the final co-ordinates hidden in the paragraphs below in order to find the cache. The North 52 and West 106 are a given and are not encoded below.

Hidden in this section of the puzzle will be the Northing Co-ordinates. Locate the clues and you will be on your way to solving this one. When you do, you will find that the actual cache is pretty easy to find. It should be winter friendly to boot.

Now come the Westing co-ordinates. How you figure out the clues is really up to you. Helping you out is not really the point of this one. The fun is in figuring out just what the heck I was thinking when I created this puzzle. Maybe I was not thinking of anything at all, and this puzzle is not solveable?
