This traditional cache is a smaller regular-sized camouflaged container located along a mostly abandoned and very quiet stretch of White Oak Avenue. It has room for trackables and tradeables. Although posted as a Level B service road, this stretch is probably closer to Level C in terms of maintenance and usage. Although the road is in relatively good shape, it appears to be very seldomly used and is mostly just two tire paths in the weeds. Drive this road at your own risk, especially after rain.
Instead of driving, this is a very peaceful road for a short hike or mountain bike ride. It would make a nice extension from the Hoover Trail at Oasis, which is approximately one-half mile away. We suspect that only a few vehicles use this road in any given week, so traffic and muggles should not be a problem. We suggest parking at the designated coordinates along Fairview Cemetery Road.
The terrain approaching the cache is mostly level until the last few feet. Watch out for the wire near ground zero. Hunt this cache at your own risk, but most importantly, have fun.
