Tunelis-caurbrauktuve ir viens no arhitektūras apskates objektiem Jēkabpilī, kas atrodas Pļaviņu ielā blakus vienīgajam tiltam, kas pilsētā šķērso Daugavu.
Tunelis, kura garums ir 43,04 metri, ir vienīgā saglabājusies būve, kas tika celta 20. gadsimta 30. gados vienlaicīgi ar Krustpils – Jēkabpils tiltu, kurš Otrā pasaules kara laikā tika uzspridzināts, bet vēlāk atjaunots.
Tunelis ir viena no retajām monolīta dzelzsbetona paraboliskas formas būvēm Latvijā. Tā caurbrauktuves segums ir saglabājis sākotnējo klājumu — bruģi.

The tunnel-passage is one of the architectural sights Jekabpils in Plavinas street, next to the only bridge across the Daugava river in the city.
Tunnel’ s length – 43.04 m. It is the only preserved building, which was built in the 20th century, the 30th years at the same time Krustpils - Jekabpils bridge, which during World War II was blown up, but later restored.
The tunnel is one of the few monolithic reinforced concrete parabolic-shaped structures Latvian. It has kept the paths cover the original layer - pavement.
