Lost between cliffs, with a difficult access, is the small beach of João Vaz. It is not a supervised beach, often frequented by naturists. It tells the story that here was an old pirate treasure hidden, somewhere in the many holes of the rocks. No one discovered it, yet. On the right side of the beach you can also enjoy some small pit caves as well as a small natural pool.

This cache takes you to find another treasure of this beach. The container is a small tupperware hidden in a place of difficult access. Requires a walk down through a slippery path and climb/cross some rocks. If you have problems with heights and slippery slopes don't do this cache.

This cache is in the Natural Park of Southwest Alentejo and Costa Vicentina. Then do not forget to help preserve nature and natural beauty of the place, any garbage you have find on the beach or in the acess please take it to the container in the Ingrina - Cache In, Trash Out!

Good luck and have fun!
