Oi Pond is located northern part of Kota Town. The pond completed as an agricultural water in 1943 and it is about 2 kilometers in circumference. There are Kota shrine, Oi Pond Benzaiten shrine, Sarutahiko Mikawa shrine and so on around pond. When spring comes, enjoying seeing lots of cherry blossoms around the pond is very wonderful. Please enjoy going on a hike. This cache is hidden near the woodland path. Please take a pen for the log. 大井池は1943年に農業用ため池として完成しました。周囲は約2Kmあり池の堰堤部の西側と北側は幸田町と岡崎市本宿町を結ぶ県道があり道路が狭く車の通行は多いです。南側の舗装林道は猿田彦三河神社まで行けます。東側の舗装林道は現在車の通行は禁止されています。
