Welcome to the Packer’s “G” String. This is a tribute to our favorite football team, the Green Bay Packers. In it you will find well known Packer players along with historical legends, hall of fame players, coaches and icons synonymous with the Packers.
This is a series of 30 caches, covering a hiking area of approximately 4.5 miles. The terrain is typical Mojave Desert, a good mix of plants, allowing relatively easy, if not direct, walking. While by no means flat or even, the land does not present much elevation gain or loss. Caches are a mixture of small pill and vitamin bottles, hidden in the typical variety of desert spots. Access Points: take the 4 wheel drive road off of Kyle Canyon Rd. at cords N36 16.585 W115 28.384 to a parking area near cache #15 N36 16.763 W115 28.840, or anywhere along the dirt road to the west of the “G”.
