How Geocaching Works
Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer
This is a series started to help foster knowedge of Texas History and the lesser know individuals who played a role in the settlement of Texas, the founding of the Republic and the eventaul statehood of the Lone Star State.
Texas, back in the day, had the best program for teaching the states history to her students. Students from all ethnic backgrounds could find people with simular backgrounds who were all part in forming the best state in the best nation. This series is my effort to continue passing on Texas History.
This is cache is placed in Honor or Isaac Phillip Stem who fought in the Republic of Texas Army and is buried nearby. Please read the marker for the full history.
This is a small cache, camoed and hidden in an area with few caches. Since I have friends in the area I hope to add to the number of caches here. There is a nearby place to sit and sign the log.
