Červené piesky / The Red sands
Cervene piesky

Cervene piesky sa nazyva vodopad i kratka bocna dolinka, ktora vybieha zapadnym smerom v hornej casti znamej Prosieckej doliny. Dolina Cervene piesky sa silno zarezava do vapencov krasovej planiny Svorad severovychodne od napadneho vrcholu Lomne (v niektorych mapach tiez Lomnô, 1 278 m). Vodopad Cervene piesky dosahuje vysky asi 15 m. Patri k najkrajsim vodopadom tohto, rozlohou maleho, pohoria.
Cervene piesky/Red sands is called a waterfall and the short side valley that extends westward in the upper part of the famous Prosiecka valley. The red sands valley strongly incised into limestone karst plateau Svorad northeast from peak Lomné (in some maps also Lomno, 1,278 m). The red sands waterfall reaches a height of about 15 m. The water falls from edge of reddish color, which probably caused the name of the waterfalls and the valley. Is also the most beautiful waterfalls of this small mountains. However, this is only a smaller part of the year, because the flow of water in the waterfall strongly varies according to the seasons. The visit of the Red sands waterfall is best in early spring snowmelt period, when the flow is highest. In the dry season the water flow is weak or even zero.

Cache: Because the signal may fluctuate enough in the valley, keep in finding better hint. The cache is located behind the second large boulder in slope, from where you can have the best view of the waterfall. Is inserted into the cavity and covered with stones (see spoiler).
