Geocache Description:


Meitetsu Koromo line, it connect Okazai City and Toyota City passed this area before. It was connected with the Okazai City tram in Okazai City. The number of users decreased by abolishing the Okazai City tram, and the Meitetsu Koromo line was abolished in 1972. Now you can see the remains slightly. This is base of iron bridge over Yahagi river.
Cache is hidden in the place the bridge base in sight but not in dangerous place. Please do not approach to the river to much.
There are no parking space near the cache.
CAUTION:
When the flood of Yahagi river increase, this area become off-limits. NEVER enter when alarm siren or announcement are heard from loud speakers. Even this area is sunny the flood increase according to the upper stream weather. It is prohibited to visit at night.

かつて、この地には岡崎市内と豊田市内を結ぶ名鉄挙母（ころも）線が通っていました。岡崎市内では岡崎市内線（路面電車）と連絡していました。岡崎市内線の廃止により、利用者が減り、名鉄挙母線は1972年に廃止されました。現在ではその遺構は非常に少なくなっています。これはかつて矢作川にかかっていた鉄橋の土台の遺構です。
キャッシュはこの土台が見える場所に隠されていますが危険な場所にはありません。川には近付き過ぎないようにしてください。
近くに駐車スペースはないのでご注意ください。
注意：矢作川増水時は立入禁止になるとともにスピーカーからサイレン、アナウンスが流れます。上流の気象によりますのでその場合はたとえ晴天であっても立ち入らないでください。危険ですので夜間の捜索は禁止します。
