Within 1 Mi from the Gold Canyon Cache. Somewhat rocky but we were in a Toyota Tercel. Short walk from the dirt road you approach the cache from. Very easy, no climbing. While checking this cache last week we had a little hunt ourselves as the cache had been moved, it is back nice and happy in it's origional location again.
This is our first cache and the next one will have a higher difficulty factor. It is less than 1 Mi from the Gold Canyon Cache and you could easily get two finds in a short distance. The road is a little rocky but can be accessed with a two wheel drive watching for large rocks on the dirt road. The cache was placed with us in a Toyota Tercel in the beginning of a snow storm. Be sure you watch for snakes during the summer months. This cache has been muggled more than once so we have made the cache a little bit smaller to be able to keep in well hidden. Please hide it well when you leave, and try and keep it from falling between the cracks, seems to have been and still probably is a place for Friday night partying. Inside is a log, geocache info sheet and writing hardware. While you are here you may want to visit Gold Canyon Cache which is within walking distance and placed by our friend Vitus Zebulon. Enjoy the cache all over again.
