The Lippke Wetland is over 250 acres of warm season grasses and river bottom timber along the Big Sioux River.
The access road is located at 240th and Hyw 12. This area is open to public hunting so please take care during the season.
Weeds will be a problem if you come in from the north.
The ox-bow lake at this time (December) was completely dry, but may not be during wet periods or flooding on the Big Sioux.
