Most of the walk is on clear pathways, but some patches can get very muddy. There are short stretches of road, so care should be taken with dogs and small children.
Most of the hides are straightforward, but some might take a few minutes to find.
Some caches are small, so you should take a pen with you. A pair of tweezers might be useful too.
Food is available from pubs in Rosudgeon and Goldsithney.
Now continue on to no 7. This section can be very wet, especially after rain.
There is an alternative route which passes through the farmyard of Lower Colenso just before HR6, and rejoins the route just after HR9.
