This is an event to give everyone an opportunity to come greet, meet or schmooze with our good geocaching friend, Gob-ler.
For those of you who know him, he will be here on vaction for a week and this will get us all in the same place at the same time.
For those of you who don't know Gob-ler, he is an icon in geocaching history in Maine and other states.
You can come for a drink and apps, dinner, dessert or all of the above. They serve great food here!
The event is going to be in the game room, off to the left, as you enter. It has been confirmed with the owner or the establishment.
DATE: 01/23/2013
TIME: 6:00-8:00pm.
I told them stragglers may be there until 9ish.
Bring coins, trackables, path tags, anything for discovery, trade or moving along.
For those of you who are new to geocaching and don't know Gob-ler, you are still finding some of his local caches. Come meet the legend and put a face to the name!
