This cache will take you on a short hike down a trail (near the Shell Lake Airport) to the Shell Lake wildlife area. Have fun seeing the wildlife in the city limits. Parking is available at the bus garage. Just follow the side of the airport to find the trailhead.
The cache is a small spice container.
The Geocache Notification form has been submitted to the Spooner, land manager of the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form.
The DNR Notification form and land manager approval was received on 1/17/2013. Placed in memory of our 400th find.
