Portland really is weird! This cache is a dedication to some of that weirdness.
The puzzle covers the historic, the cool, the kind of unusual, and the... well, WEIRD!
If I may ask, when you log the cache, mention either something you learned, or something you wish were included that maybe I don't know about yet. If I add it to the puzzle I'll be sure to give you credit. :)
And a BIG thanks to everyone who has pointed out my flaws along the way. ;)
NOW FOR THE PUZZLE!

Solve for: A BC DE.FGH I JKL MN.OPQ
A - On what kind of ancient creature's burial ground was Portland built?
Your answer is the second letter

B - Portland was almost named:
2: Columbia
9: New New York
3: New New Jersey
7: Willamette
4: Boston
6: The Grange
C - Portland was founded in 1845, and chartered in 18_1

D - What is the name of the famous and weird pastry shop in downtown Portland? (oh and be sure to spell it right)
Now, assign each letter a number: A=0, B=1 ... Z=25
When you get the total, add each digit, for example: 789 = 7+8+9=24
E - What is this Portlandish character known as? And how many letters are in his name? (Don't include "The")
(Hint: YouTube knows the ways of the dark side)
F - The Portland Trailblazers were founded in 197_
G - What street is this statue below on?

H - Name the leprechaun who granted the wish that gave a Portland man, Dick Fagan, his own park, which incidentally also holds the Guinness World Record for the smallest park in the world.
Now, assign each letter (and only letters) a number: A=0, B=1 ... Z=25
When you get the total, add each digit, for example: 789 = 7+8+9=24
Repeat until you only have one digit: 2+4=6

Fagan
I - Portland is _EIRD!
J/K - Portland is SO weird, it even got it's own sketch comedy show, Portlandia. This infamous TV program, first aired on IFC on January KJ, 2011.
(Yes, I reversed those letters on purpose)

L - Can and do many Portlanders raise urban chickens in the city of Portland?
1=No

M - How many major bridges are in, and enter the city of Portland?
Divide your answer by 3

N - What is the width of wire rope The Horse Project recommends using to tie up a toy horse in Portland?
When you find that number, assign each digit as ABC, then perform the following equation:
A+B-C=N

Thank you F Troopers for recommending this one.
O - Powell's Books, "The largest independent new and used bookstore in the World" was officially opened in 197_

P - This gentleman has been sitting outside a very weird store in Portland's Alphabet District for quite some time. Find the store, and the year it was established, and use the year for the equation below.
Hint: You can get an autopsy, see a Woolly Giraffe Mammoth, or buy Unicorn Extract here.
When you get your answer, add each digit, for example: 789 = 7+8+9=24
Repeat until you only have one digit: 2+4=6

Thank goes to Kiraboodog for this recommendation!
