How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

It's time to clean up the highway again!  The Iowa Geocachers Organization's section of US Highway 75 just north of Hinton needs our attention.  Please help us give back to Northwest Iowa, as we do our part to show everyone what an awesome group the caching community is!

We'll meet at the parking lot near the baseball fields at 9:00 am to break into teams and gear up.  If we have enough people, we'll have teams covering the whole section (and be done quickly).  So, bring out the whole gang!  Bags will be provided, and we'll have some safety vests.  If you have a vest, bring it. Pick-up tools and gloves are recommended.  Pay attention to the weather and be prepared.  Unless there is heavy rain or snow pack, we'll be picking up trash!

We'll also meet at Doosky's after the pick up for those who would like a chance to enjoy some conversation
while having some refreshments and maybe a bite to eat.  I'll see how many we get marked to attend and try to get a handful of new caches out as well!
