The Symington family moved from Ireland and settled in Morrison Township in 1859. The plaque at the cemetery entrance is dedicated to the family who donated the property in 1862. You might notice that there are few Symington's buried here. There is a great deal of history to be found here, so please be respectful of the site. Take in some history while you are here.
