Geocache Description:

next on the list of Cedar Rapids Urban Degeneration tour.  I placed this in the only inconspicous place I could find.  I tried to give you some cover as you sit and reflect on the fountain(broken) in front of you.  this is one of those areas I will never go at night and I urge you to do the same.  This is one of those places where striking up a conversation is not a good idea.  This is an excellent place to practice CITO .  WEAR GLOVES.

this is part of my new park series.  this is part of the CRUD series.  If you are unfamiliar with the area you will soon understand why.  some of the parks are the result of poor city planning and are really just remnants that were of no use otherwise.  some of these parks are so small that it is really hard to access them and nothing to do when you get there.  park is closed from 2200-0600.  if you are here after hours you will very likely get police harassment.    permission by Katie from CR Park and Rec. ***congrats to cc8c4 for another FTF and surviving the hood.
