24hawki: This container was tethered and it has come up missing. I believe muggles to be involved, so this location is no longer good for a hide. Thanks to everyone who looked for this one!! [:P]

Geocache Description:

A cache placed to highlight the IGO's participation in Iowa's Adopt-A-Highway program.

The Iowa Geocachers Organization actively participates in Groundspeak's Cache-In-Trash-Out philosophy in many ways, including adopting sections of highway in Iowa for twice-per-year clean up.  One of them is "right here in River City"!!  If you look down the highway to the west, you should see the familiar blue sign designating the section that has been adopted by IGO. Watch for CITO events to be listed near here two times per year!!
Next one is tentatively scheduled for October, 2014.

Cache container is larger than a 'micro', smaller than a 'small', but does have a little room for small coins. Please BYOP and make sure the container is closed properly after signing the logsheet!!

Good Luck, and Happy Caching!!
Congratulations to ClownShoes for FTF!!
