To find this cache you will be travaling down a well established path through a city conservation area. Access is on the trail only. You do not need to leave the trail to get this cache. This is a beautiful area to hike around and there is a very scenic pond in the middle where all sorts of birds can be seen. I hope to see more caches allong this trail in the future. it is a great walk.
If you continue down this trail it will take you to Jackson ave. If you continue south another trail will start which loops around behind some apartment homes near a stream. This takes you out to Jackson again. If you follow that south to California Oaks Rd. or cut through the apartments it will take you back to monroe full circle back to your car. You may park on the west side of the street before the school or in the neighborhood. The cache is name is derived from the container not my geocaching handle.
