A camoed match container. Please place as found. Half a pencil included in cache, but BYOP just in case.
This is the second of our mini-series, "Overview of the River." At first, we planned on placing one and only one cache entitled, "Overview of the River," but quickly decided that a local series for the Kennebec River and the dam in Skowhegan, ME was in order. This cache of the mini-series is a view of the dam before it drops off.
It's on a small side road, and there should be parking in a small water service station across the street from it's location.
The home owner whose house this cache is near was outside at the time of placing, so out of courtesy we asked him if he minded that we had a cache hidden there. Happily he said he didn't mind at all, and that it would be "his little secret." He informed us that this is a popular fishing spot, thus the name we gave it. This also means that there's a chance for mugglers! In the event that you arrive when people are fishing, we kindly ask that you return to this cache at a later time, so the cache is not stolen on us.
Enjoy the view, and make sure to check out the other caches in this mini-series!
Congrats to medicdrew47 for a FTF!
