Bunjil: I cannot see any information that indicates the CO has taken steps to resolve the issue/s associated with this placement. Therefore the cache is being Archived to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

Geocache Description:

REPLACEMENT CACHE/ NEW PUZZLE: Continuation of the YBIIA theme started by DAK's Emu Mob, and continued with permission from The Rebel Alliance.

Designed to be appreciated from afar, it is very imposing from its nether regions, stop in to view this piece of sculpture by Warrandyte artiste Inge King

If you weren't one of the elite 37 cachers who found the original version of this cache in 2012/13, you will need to fire up Google to answer a few questions or follow link to collect some answers. You will also have to get up close and personal to find clues E and F.

Crack the simple code
Take the first number from each answer to solve coords
Or convert the first letter to a number using (A=0) alpha-numeric transposition,
And any numbers larger than 1 digit, add together to get a single number.

The questions:
A= Inges' maiden name?
B= What year was sculpture placed here?
C= Height of sculpture in meters?
D= Using the Geocaching code given to another of this sculptors striking creations placed near CBD at the art-centre entitled "Forward Surge", convert the first letter (after the GC) to a number.
E= Number of flood-lights (working and non) pointed at installation?
F= Number of sides in the shape of the concrete slab under the sculpture?

S 37° 47. (A-B)(D-B)(E-F) E 145° 6. B(B-C)(D-A)
